Due to the limited nature of our drops and the handmade/custom elements of certain pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

 

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

 

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email me at [your email address] within 3 days of delivery with:

 

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item(s)

 

If eligible, I’ll work with you to replace or refund the item.
