At Alonzo Pedro 333, every order is handled with care. As a small, independently run brand, please allow a little extra time for order processing. I appreciate your patience and support as I balance my full-time work and creative passion.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–12 business days (Monday–Friday). During new drops or high-demand periods, please allow for possible delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard options include:

U.S. Standard Shipping (3–10 business days): $5–$8
Free shipping on orders over $100
Local delivery or pickup is not available at this time.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times vary. Any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Info

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers once your order is shipped. If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and I’ll help as best I can.
